Regime Change Operation in Venezuela
After Venezuelan President Hugo Chávez’s passing in 2013, then, at that point VP Nicolás Maduro succeeded the late communist pioneer, merging power in the midst of widespread monetary bungle and expanding savagery and hardship. Venezuela’s tyrant slide advanced rapidly subject to Maduro’s authority. Appointive misrepresentation, crackdowns on resistance figures, and denials of basic freedoms solidified U.S. make plans to apply strain to change Caracas’ strategies. President Trump supposedly talked about utilizing U.S. military power to remove Maduro in 2019 yet sought after non-military shift in power, expanding financial and strategic tension in the bogus expectation the Venezuelan chief would abandon his office.

President Biden has proceeded with this arrangement. The U.S. objective remaining parts: (1) to delegitimize and push out Maduro as the nation’s chief and (2) put squeeze on Venezuela’s economy to drive Caracas into reinstituting a majority rules system. Powerful monetary assents against Venezuela’s oil and gold enterprises stay set up, and the U.S. denies Maduro’s political authenticity. This methodology has fizzled: Maduro’s political position has endured U.S. pressure. Russia, China, Cuba, and, most significant, the Venezuelan military keep up with their help for Maduro. The counter Maduro resistance is powerless and separated.
Venezuela’s political impasse is a philanthropic concern inconsequential to U.S. security. While Maduro is a ruthless tyrant, shift in power improbable to work, worsens philanthropic misery, and expects Venezuela’s concerns are America’s. U.S. strategy disrupted intra-Venezuelan negotiations.2 Impeding discretion between the Maduro government and the resistance unnecessarily drags out a helpful emergency for no possible increase. The U.S. ought to forsake shift in power loosen up sanctions connected with that objective.
Sanctions demolished Venezuela’s helpful calamity, denying Caracas of income to fund essential imports. Venezuelan government property under U.S. ward is impeded, and substances that purchase or transport Venezuelan oil (the country’s primary wellspring of income) are defenceless against U.S. sanctions. The U.S. forced sanctions after Maduro’s 2013 political decision triumph and auxiliary assents on Venezuelan oil by mid 2019. Unrefined petroleum creation plunged from 2 million BPD in 2017 to 630,000 BPD in 2020. Unrefined petroleum sends out, the vast majority of Venezuela’s product income, plunged to a 77-year low the year before.
The U.S. assigned in excess of 400 Venezuelan substances for sanctions beginning around 2009, adding to diminished result and income from Venezuela’s oil industry and hampering admittance to credits from global monetary organizations (e.g., World Bank and IMF). U.S. sanctions hit Venezuelans hardest, compounding deficiencies of scant things: medication, fuel, Coronavirus immunizations, and other helpful products. Unfortunate of huge fines, monetary organizations wonder whether or not to handle legal helpful exchanges.

U.S. restrictions on diesel trades (in which oil is bargained for fuel) compound desperate gas deficiencies in Venezuela. Absence of fuel handicaps the transportation of food supplies when 96% of the populace as of now lives in destitution. U.S. strategies immiserate Venezuelans by configuration however have not converted into Maduro’s defeat or rushed a re-visitation of a vote based system. Maduro immovably holds power without any indication of giving up control.
Limiting Venezuela’s helpful emergency — or possibly not aggravating it — diminishes movement streams from that point to the U.S. The U.S. can’t take care of Venezuela’s home-grown issues. Regardless of whether it would be able, on the grounds that the U.S. no longer perceives Maduro’s administration and given a very long time to looking for its ouster, Caracas sees U.S. recommendations suspiciously. Instead of attempt to change Venezuela’s administration, the U.S. ought to permit those with a more prominent stake in the result — the OAS, Mexico, and adjoining Colombia — to work with intra-Venezuelan discussions.
The U.S. ought to help continuous intra-Venezuelan discussions in Mexico (right now suspended over the removal of Alex Saab, a Colombian finance manager and Maduro partner), utilizing its leverage over the Venezuelan resistance to build the possibilities of a split the difference. In the event that talks continue, the U.S. ought to urge the resistance to drop the evacuation of Maduro or the disintegration of his administration as a precondition to consenting to an arrangement, which is ridiculous given the strength of Maduro’s situation.
Like the E.U., the U.S. ought to quit perceiving Juan Guaidó as the authentic delegate of the Venezuelan public. Guaidó was not chosen president, controls no state device in Venezuela, relies upon unfamiliar help (restricting his adequacy), and needs famous help among Venezuelans. The U.S. ought to unwind most sectoral sanctions executed since mid 2019, specifically those on oil and flammable gas creation and product, which have fizzled at shift in power hurt numerous Venezuelans.
The U.S. could allow Venezuela to get to restricted monetary stores secured in U.S. represents the reason for funding imports of medication, food, and other philanthropic things that mitigate Venezuelan torment. To forestall a situation where in monetary foundations keep away from allowed exchanges because of a paranoid fear of disregarding U.S. sanctions — known as “over compliance” — the U.S. Depository Division ought to distribute unequivocal direction that permits Venezuela-related instalments attached to philanthropic and clinical things.
Regime Change Operation in Pakistan
In the recent political conflict in Pakistan over the no confidence motion where the alliance of opposition parties under the PDM alliance (Pakistan Democratic Movement) were very much confident and sure about their success against the prime minister of Pakistan Imran Khan who hold the public office in 2018 as a result of getting the simple majority in National Assembly and making provincial government in KPK and in Punjab with the assistance of allies. But on other hand the PDM alliance called Khan’s government as a fake and illegal government and considered that their mandate was stolen with the help of local establishment as the leaders of PDM were holding serious allegations of corruption during their governments and facing court trails as well.

Although previously PDM alliance tried to oust Khan’s government around 4 times but got no success but this time around they managed to create factions within the governing party and also separated the allies of government due to which PDM claimed that government has lost the majority and have no right to rule and apparently it was the case.

On the other hand Khan’s government holds significant and remarkable success on the front of foreign affairs as Khan’s government helped US to evacuate from Afghanistan and also making ties with Russia and China more stronger as a policy shift on the global level as China is considered as an emerging new world power but the rising tensions between Russia and US got serious when US and NATO alliance tried to make Ukraine as NATO member. Pakistan’s premiere gave a visit to Russia to strengthen relations despite US pressure and previously Khan’s rejected the US presence in the region by disallowing any bases to US for any military purposes which causes tensions in the Pak-US relations.
As per Khan’s claims he found a conspiracy of regime change in Pakistan through inside sources via foreign minister SM Qureshi. According to Khan it was an encrypted cipher which was handed over to Pakistani Ambassador in USA Asad Majeed in which the conversation of USA’s Assistant Secretary of State for South and Central Asian Affairs Donald Lou threatened the state of Pakistan to remove Khan from the publics office through the no confidence motion and in that case Pakistan will be spared and compensated but if it fails then there will be serious consequences will be faced by Pakistan. Ultimately the motion of no confidence becomes successful and Khan government got dismissed in which allegedly some institutions also helped PDM specially the military establishment and the Supreme Court of Pakistan were also involved. After the removal of Khan from the public office he called for nation for peaceful protests in the holy month of Ramadan but it became a great success as people protested against the change and blocked the roads without the help of any leader or party which gave new hope to Khan and PTI to establish a narrative against the newly made PDM alliance government and against the US conspiracy against the Khan’s government.

After the removal of Khan from the federal government same practice was exercised in province Punjab where PTI was holding coalition government with PMLQ but here the candidates who changed their loyalties were disseated by provincial high court and ordered election commission to held elections on the 20 empty seats which destabilize the PMLN government in Punjab too While the elections on provincial seats held on 17th July in which PTI secured majority of seats and became in position to make government in province Punjab which is a start of reverse engineering against the regime change operation which was rejected by the people of Pakistan peacefully through ballots by casting their votes which enforced the institutions to change their policy and to stand against the foreign regime change attempt by USA over Pakistan. While the political pundits and the patriots are calling for new free and fair elections in the country to end the overall uncertainty and chaos in the country and let everyone participate in the progress of country.
Conclusion
Recently the Former National Security Advisor of the United States John Bolton in one of his interviews confesses the attempts of Regime Change Operations by USA in different countries which shows US wants to maintain the hegemony in the regions in any means for the protection of US interests in the respective regions.

But it also become inevitable with the advancements of technology that it is not possible for a country to bypass the desires and wishes of respective country and installed a puppet government as in the modern era technology has made people free and allows them to condemn the evildoings in the society. Also it has become crystal clear that unlike Venezuela, in Pakistan the state institutes supported the regime change operation for their personal gains but failed to maintain it eventually because this act of them degraded them in the eyes of their own people who are not hesitant to call them traitors or backstabbers which created more chaos and situation of anarchy in the state which may end in a state of civil war or an economically defaulted country.

In every democratic country there are certain circumstances which are hard to understand as witnessed in Pakistan as before the alleged cipher Khan’s government was hardly able to manage next elections supposed to held in 2023 but after the built narrative around the regime change conspiracy on the basis of alleged cipher now PTI is in position to make federal government with 2/3rd majority but it will be decided in the coming elections but it is inevitable that you can’t impose the puppets in the modern era in any country against the will of people. While it is also an interesting scenario that both the countries i.e Venezuela and Pakistan are supported by China, Russia and respective allies of the region whereas China made heavy investments in both the countries particularly in Pakistan where CPEC was considered as the trademark project between the relations of Pakistan and China which also gets severe setback due to the toppled government in Pakistan.
