 Hindrances & Difficulties in the Project

Application Process

1. Visit SWD Office: Go to the nearest Social Welfare Department office in Sindh.
2. Complete Application Form: Obtain and fill out the Senior Citizen Card Application Form.
3. Attach Documents: Provide a photocopy of the CNIC, two recent passport-sized photographs, and proof of residence.
4. Submit Application: Submit the completed form and documents to the SWD office.
5. Receive Card: After verification and approval, authorities will issue the card, which you can collect in person or receive at your provided address.
