What are the payment modes?

Why Books Square don’t accept cash on delivery mode of payment?
Due to the fake orders we don’t accept cash on delivery mode of payment anymore as it costs us for no reason for the shipping and other daily routine expenses.
How much payment can be made upfront to confirm the parcel?
You need to make upfront payment in full for the orders of worth up to PKR 2500. However, we understand the trust deficit among masses for the online shopping in Pakistan so for the orders worth more than PKR 2500 can be made in 2 installments in such a way that half amount of the complete order to be made upfront and remaining amount can be paid through cash on delivery mode of payment once you receive the parcel from Pakistan post at your given address.
Alternatively to confirm the order make the deposit of PKR 500 as initial deposit for the orders worth more than PKR 2500 and remaining can be made through cash on delivery mode of payment as per your ease.
How long it will take to deliver the order?
It will take 3-5 business days but may took more days in certain areas of specifically of Balochistan, Azad Kashmir and Gilgit regions. While the delivery time may exceeds due to unseen conditions.
Which courier will deliver my parcel?
We use only Pakistan Post to deliver the parcels across the country.
Are the prices on website confirmed?
The prices of the products are up to date with the passage of time however; the prices of the products will be confirmed while placing the order.
What will be the delivery charges?
We usually charge Rs 200 as flat delivery charges up to 2 kgs of parcel but if parcel weight exceeds then additional amount will add up.
Do I have to pay delivery service charges additionally to Pakistan post?
No we will bear that service charge towards customer’s side as Books Square aims to facilitate the customers beyond the limits and expectations where it is necessary.
Can I cancel the order?
You can cancel the order within 24 hours period of time on the same day. The processed orders for shipping will be non refundable and non returnable. While the orders not processed for shipping can be cancelled on the same day and you can have full refund within 24-48 hours.
Can my information be sold to any third party?

Do your prices include tax?
Yes, all the prices of our products are inclusive of GST.

How can I track my order?
Once you confirmed the order, we will dispatch it and share the delivery receipt of your order consisting of tracking id, from which you can track the order.
